These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use pixelflowsolutions.com or request, buy or receive services from Pixel Flow Solutions ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the website or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
These Terms set the general rules for our website and services. Every client project also has its own written proposal, statement of work or service agreement ("Agreement") that sets out the scope, timeline, price and any special terms. If an Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Agreement takes priority for that project.
Our website and services are intended for businesses and professionals. By using them, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and, if you act for a company, that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
You may use our website to learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to:
Work starts only after you accept a written proposal or Agreement. The deliverables, timeline and price for each project are defined there. Anything not listed in the scope is not included unless we agree a change in writing.
Quotes are based on the information you give us and are valid for the period stated in the proposal. If the requirements change, the price and timeline may change too. We explain how we price work on our Pricing & Engagements page.
Requests outside the agreed scope are handled as change requests. We will explain the effect on cost and timeline, and the change is added only after you approve it.
To deliver on time, we need accurate information, access to the relevant systems, content and assets, one person who can make decisions, and timely feedback. Delays in these can delay the project.
Many projects use third-party platforms such as WordPress plugins, GoHighLevel, automation tools, AI models, hosting providers, app stores and ad platforms. Your use of these is also governed by their own terms and fees. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, price changes or account decisions.
We work to agreed standards and report honestly, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, return on ad spend, AI output accuracy or app store approval. These depend on factors outside our control.
The text, design, graphics, logos and other content on this website belong to Pixel Flow Solutions or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Once you have paid in full for a project, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as custom code, designs and content, transfers to you, unless your Agreement says otherwise.
We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, templates, snapshots and methods. Where these are part of your deliverables, you receive a permanent license to use them as part of your project.
You keep ownership of the content, data, logos and materials you give us. You grant us permission to use them only to deliver your project, and you confirm you have the right to share them with us.
We will only feature your project, name or logo in our case studies, testimonials or marketing with your written permission.
Both sides agree to keep each other's confidential business information private and to use it only for the project. This does not apply to information that is already public or that must be disclosed by law. We are happy to sign a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before you share sensitive details.
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. When we process personal data on your behalf as part of a project, we do so only on your instructions and can sign a data processing agreement where required.
AI-powered tools can produce incorrect, incomplete or unexpected results. Where we build AI workflows, chatbots or agents, we include human review steps where agreed, but you remain responsible for checking outputs and for decisions made using them, and for using AI in line with the laws that apply to your business.
The information on our website, including articles and guides, is for general information only and is not legal, financial or professional advice. The website is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or free of harmful code.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific services involved in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.
You agree to protect us against claims, losses and costs caused by content or materials you provide, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the deliverables or third-party platforms.
We may restrict access to the website if it is misused. For client projects, either side may end the engagement as set out in the Agreement. If a project ends early, you pay for work completed up to that date, and the confidentiality, payment, intellectual property and liability sections of these Terms continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], unless your Agreement says otherwise. If a dispute arises, both sides agree to try to resolve it in good faith by contacting each other in writing first and allowing 30 days to reach a solution before taking formal action. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under the mandatory laws of your own country.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes do not affect projects already covered by a signed Agreement unless both sides agree.
